SOREDEMO SEKAI WA UTSUKUSHII AU

The world of Soredemo Sekai Wa Utsukishii is seperated into two different groups: regular humans without powers and humans that posses them. The royal family of the Rain Kingdom are the only active members with the power to use the atmosphere at will through their strong spiritual connection with their world. The living components of Earth have given the family the right to use their powers in exchange for allowing the spirits to take control of the humans through posession.
The following natural powers every child within the family hold: the power to hear the voices of nature and determine the type of personality an environment has through feeling the emotions of a large group of people or the temperature of their surroundings. As for the main components to their abilities, a Rain Summoner can rarely be an all rounder, but can have more than three of the following skills mastered: summoning the rain, controlling the wind, hypnosis, and being able to see the spirits of the dead.
It is rare for the children within the family to not hold the talent to sing; in which they will be considered the black sheep of the family, where they will be humiliated and actively ignored.
Tohara, is the grandmother of all of the current children of the Rain Kingdom, and she is in charge of raising them to be Rain Summoners or other roles that will help improve everyone's lives.

you got it; hope it works for you!
The brat with a title that was too magnificent for him.
Nike couldn't help begin to wish to find a way to invoke her wrath against him. His stupid conundrum of forcing her to chose: be fed or starve to death until she can grant his wish to show him the rain.]
Like hell I'll show him! No way am I going to fault to him!
[After all, it isn't like she is alone, she had someone with her which may have just been the Sun King's mistake in having done. No matter if her usual partner in crime was just in the next cell, nothing was keeping from talking.....well, other than her very loud stomach that was currently complaining for food.]
...if only I wasn't out of power... [There may be some groaning hums until she decides to ask the one next to the cell - the little brother that wasn't suppose to have accompanied her to the Sun Kingdom.] Hey, Yuu? Are you as bored as I am or do you wanna continue playing prisoner for the royal majesty?
This works. :3
Though now that seems to have kind of backfired a bit. In her being reminded that even if she might be fine with refusing, the longer she did, the more her brother also suffered for being so stubborn. Still, Yuu scoffs, frowning as he gives another tug at his restraints.]
You have to ask? I figure you'd already know the answer.
[At least the guards didn't seem too aggressive, too quick to tell them to shut up, to not let them talk. They were having their own conversation about....whatever their plans were after their shift ended.]

[It was hard not to hide the playfulness to her voice as she begins to poke some light fun at her younger brother's expense. A piece of her wanted to yell at him for having sneaked out to follow after her since they'll have to send a letter to their grandmother about it, which will take over ten days to get to her, especially when she was in the middle of a country tour with their cousin, Kitora.
But, even so, she can easily imagine that their family won't mind it much. It wouldn't surprise her if they had a suspicion over Yuu being with her right now. They've always been inseparable. Out of the five children of the royal family, next to the first and second oldest sister, they've always been known as the pair of siblings that got better along due to their similarities in personalities and closer age difference.
It wouldn't be wrong for Nike to admit that Yuu was one of her greatest weaknesses. With how overprotective she can be of him. Right now, she wasn't too concerned over their situation, but she was still feeling slight worry over her younger brother. She's only glad he didn't decide in wanting to do another round of fighting against the palace guards as they did with the ones in the entrance.]
...can you use your magic? I'm kinda starving right now. It'll be hard to summon the wind without some back up.
[As far as she can tell, the palace guards were not paying any attention to the duo. It was clear that no one knew about their powers other than the Sun King and the family that was kind enough to help them in their time of need. Which was perfect in hindsight because it would mean it'll be easy to use their magic to cut the metal bars on their open prison window.]

[He scoffs again, shaking his head. Not that she might necessarily be able to see it, but she can probably her him shifting, getting a little more frustrated as he keeps trying to free his wrists from the restraints. Which is likely starting to bruise or cut the skin at this point in how stubborn he is about it.
It's true though, that it would likely be little to no surprise for the family to hear Yuichiro had run off with her to the Sun Kingdom. Given how inseparable they were growing up and how nervous he had been about her leaving.
Still, he agrees to help. The sooner they get out of here, the better. It was a pretty major thing, to lock up royalty, after all. So he tries to peek to check the guards seem distracted before starting to work on the bars. Manipulating the wind to cut the metal, and then to figure freeing themselves from their restraints. Hopefully the guards stay distracted among themselves, the two that were set to watch them.]
So once we get out? Then what?

Just the thought of that boy was enough to make her blood continue to boil. She was never going to forgive him in having ruined her life the way he has. All for such an inmundane reason. It was clear he had no interest in helping the Rain Kingdom. He only wanted to be enterained by the thought of being able to control the skies as much as the earth.
All she can do was help increase Yuu's magic in controlling the wind to destroy the bars. It'll be difficult to remove their restraints. Using the wind at such close capacity was dangerous and weakened its sharpness.]
Easy. We're going to teach that snot nose brat a lesson he'll never forget about treating his elders with respect. I'm not going to leave until I get even with him!
[Just the thought was enough to help her ignore the intense hunger in her stomach as she was feeling rather charged up at the thought of revenge. They only need to get out. To which Nike will begin to mediate on the ground, trying to adquire enough concerntration to use the wind to her advantage.]
...do you think you have enough energy to fight again? To knock out our uninvited guests and take their keys?
[It may be the easiest way to release the restraints over their wrists. If it wasn't for the bad timing of it being late at night, Nike would've suggested using their wind magic to cut the metal off each other's wrists, but as they need perfect precision to do it the next best thing was to battle the guards once more.]

[He doesn't seem taken aback at all over how stubborn Nike was. How determined to get back at the kid. Livi or whatever his name was. Yuu had gotten just as furious if not moreso with the kid and his requests, his expectations of Nike. Still, this might be more difficult, a case of 'easier said than done'. In doing this without the guards realizing and sounding the alarm too soon.
But he does his best, managing with the bars at least. Before luring the guards over in saying he didn't feel too good. The guard comes over to check, muttering something about that hardly being a surprise with how stubborn they were -- or, how stubborn Nike was, over helping the King. It's only once he gets closer that Yuu's fist collides with his stomach and the smaller hand reaches through the bars for the keys. There's a jingling sound of them as he tries to find the one to his restraints before he passes them over to Nike, turning his attention to the other guard next.]

[Which was clear that it was he case. They were naturally stubborn, but their grandmother, the one that raise them, was even more stubborn and over-reactive as they were. She was strict with them whenever it came to their abilities and uprising. With how easy the two can get into trouble, she had to make absolute certain they didn't do anything beyond their ability to.
But, even so, their grandmother always did appreciate the willfulness of her grandchildren. Not wanting them to be any other way. After all, everyone in their family were basically the same -- willful, laid back, and over-reactive.
Of course getting the better hand of the guards was just as simple. They were raised differently compare to other royalty. After all, unlike the other royals, they were their country's defense, believing in the idea to protect their citizens was the job of the rulers more so than any kind of army. Then again, how many countries can boast with having leaders that can defend themselves by using powerful magic?]
Good work, Yuu! You really did catch them off their guard.
[It was a little too clear that she was proud of her little brother's capabilities. As much as she wished to have wanted to do everything, she didn't want to reveal her magic to the guards because if they reveal the details to their bratty king, then they'll never be able to leave. Taking the keys handed to her, Nike will use them to remove the shackles in her wrist before announcing.]
Do you need a hand? If not, I'll meet you outside the prison windows. It seems like we can easily get out by climbing up.
[By the looks of the walls and windows, the prison was in the basement level of the castle, so once they crawl through the prison's window, then they don't have to do much in way of jumping at the very least. It seemed pretty easy.]

[Or can't. He hadn't really looked into the kid much, only wanting to be sure Nike was going to be alright and figuring he'd judge and meet the guy once he arrived. He's....not the most enthusiastic or impressed thus far, honestly. Still, first impressions or whatever. He might just have caught the kid on a bad day? Maybe?
Whatever. Yuu still doesn't intend to stick around in the prison any longer than necessary. Which is why and how he manages to get them free, helping Nike out.]
That's cause they're so gullible. But we shouldn't complain on that for now. I think I can manage though. You sure you'll be alright?

[If anything, she had a sense that he may not be as fortunate as they were when it came to having someone setting limits. His eyes, his manner of speech, and simply the fact that he acted like a child beyond his years to the point that even his eyes seemed so lifeless was more than enough evidence to point that out to her. Something about him didn't feel right, was her first impression before he spoke in such an entitle manner afterwards. He was such a pain, no matter the reason or situation!
Right now, though, she was more interested in getting Yuu and her out of jail before making any further observations or decisions. As much as she wants to teach this king a lesson, she had to make absolute certain to keep Yuu safe -- he was more of a priority!]
What do you take me for? Who was the one that taught you to attack in the first place?
[All said with some amusement in her voice, clearly pointing out that she can easily take care of herself, she knew Yuu would understand it better than any outsider.]
I'll let you know if the coast is clear!
[Without another word, she'll begin to climb out the window until she reaches the ground above her which wasn't too difficult to do. They were country bumpkins that lived more in the mountains than anywhere else. This was nothing!
Once she had made absolutely certain there were no further guards patrolling the area, she'll head on over to Yuu's prison window, and look below while extending her hand.]
Come on, it's time to go!
no subject
It's clear? Great!
[He doesn't need help either in climbing up to join her. Quickly scaling to reach the window and up next to her.]
So where to from here, anyway?
